Freight charges may change depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. If you are unsure, please contact our office for a freight quote before placing an order online. If there are any changes between the freight cost quoted online and the actual freight cost, our team will contact you to advise before proceeding.
We will provide you with tracking details from our couriers once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2 working days from the time the notification is sent for the courier’s online tracking information to be updated. Delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including your location, the size and weight of the item, and seasonal demand. For this reason, we recommend allowing additional time for your delivery to arrive.
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are correct, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Parcels are sent according to the carrier’s terms and conditions and may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the nominated delivery address, the carrier, including Australia Post, may leave a collection card or provide instructions for arranging redelivery.
Please note that shipping transit times are determined by the carrier, and we have no control over delays caused by their services.
If you need to return a product, please contact our sales team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). All returns must be sent within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Returns other than defective goods must be in their original, unopened packaging, with no labels, stickers, or writing on the product box, and in a resaleable condition. All such returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product price.
Goods returned as defective will be tested by the manufacturer to determine eligibility for credit or exchange.
Special Buy-In items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Any complaints regarding damage, short delivery, loss in transit, or defects must be made within 10 working days of either receiving the goods or receiving the invoice for that delivery, whichever occurs later.
Complaints made after this period may not be accepted. While we take care to ensure products are shipped securely, we have no control over delays or issues that occur during transit once the goods have left our premises.
All products purchased from us are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, and is subject to the manufacturer’s approval. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Customers must contact our team to obtain a Warranty Assessment Number (WA#) prior to sending any products back for assessment.
Customers are responsible for return freight costs when sending products for warranty assessment. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and will be assessed by the manufacturer, who will determine whether a repair, replacement, or credit is applicable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
The Company makes no warranty in respect of electric motors, which are separately warranted by their respective manufacturers. Where problems of a warranty nature arise with compressor accessories, they will be referred by the Company or Distributor to the accessory manufacturer’s representatives. Any claim or obligation in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia.
General Conditions Precedent to Warranty: Warranty claims are explicitly subject to certain conditions being met by the purchaser or owner to the satisfaction of the Company. Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays in settlement or rejection of warranty claims. The warranty is conditional upon, among other things, proper installation of the compressor, normal use, and preventative maintenance as recommended. The purchaser or owner must also satisfy themselves, in the first instance, that any defect could reasonably be deemed a defect of workmanship or material, and that the compressor was not subjected to conditions in which the warranty has been expressly negated.
